Recruiting with matching you can audit
FirmGrid connects publishing an open role in the Feed with a matching layer that scores candidate profiles against your requirements — and states why each profile was put in front of you.
See recruiting posts in the FeedFrom posting to shortlist
A role published to the Feed is publicly readable and marked up for search engines as a structured job posting. Incoming applications and matching profiles are scored against that role's stated requirements.
- Publish roles to the public FirmGrid Feed
- Search candidate profiles with stated, current availability
- CV analysis against the requirements of the specific role
- A reason behind every match suggestion, not just a percentage
Availability that expires
A candidate profile that has said "looking" for a year is not a signal. FirmGrid requires availability to be actively reconfirmed and marks it stale when it is not. You therefore see not just that someone is open in principle but when they last said so — the difference between reaching a candidate at the right moment and months too late.
Reach beyond your own posting
A role published to the Feed gets its own search-engine-readable page and also appears on your company's employer page, where all of your open positions are collected together. That means candidates can find you without having searched for your company name — by role, by city, or by employment type.
